A blend of Nettles, Jamaica (Hibiscus), Tulsi (Holy Basil), and Lemon Balm to nourish & nurture you as a woman. Lemon Balm and Tulsi builds emotional stability and resilience after consistent use, so say medicine women from India! Nettles and Jamaica bring immense amounts of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants! This blend is designed to be an infusion, this looks like a bigger amount of herb, steeped for a long time versus a cup of tea which is a small amount of herb steeped for a short time. Infusions contain more minerals and vitamins than a “prenatal vitamin” and is wholly available for your body to use! Directions included for how to make your own herbal infusion to support your lifestyle as a maiden or mother. No matter our life season, we can always use more nutrient replenishing and emotional support. I’ve been obsessing over a quart of this tea with honey to taste over ice with 1-2 droppers of our NORA tincture inside when I am postpartum and building my fertility back up!

.: available in 8 oz or 16 oz packages – 1 ounce infused into 1 quart a day is suggested if you’re in a time when replenishment and stability are particularly needed!

Utilizing this as a long steep infusion is the intention of this blend, to bring potent nourishment and replenishment – crucial for providing your body with resources to keep pre eclampsia and other pregnancy intricacies at bay when paired with adequate nutrition!

Use your own intuition and discretion if uterine contractions, lower blood pressure, and breastmilk supply changes occurs. In large quantities for certain woman some of these can be seen, and they will adjust accordingly. These herbs are generally considered safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Welcome! Please note that while on our website and social media pages, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of Birth Cultivated Ministries, a Faith Based Private Family Health and Education Ministry.

Our mission: Birth Cultivated Ministries is committed to serving women that are ready to take full and radical responsibility for the birth of their child. We are here for families that are ready to minister and cultivate a relationship with our family.

Through the Ministry offerings of preconception, prenatal, birth and postpartum care we build trust grounded in sisterhood and led by the woman. The role of the Ministry and caretaker is to be birth sisters and guides. We are responsible to her, not for her. She is at the center of the care she receives. We provide the tools, hands, experience, and knowledge. The woman/client ultimately controls where we step next.
